3 Point Sprayer Resurrection

So I had a good friend give me this older water tank/sprayer setup that was mounted to decrepit 3 pt carry all frame. Said it needed some welding/repair, but I had other ideas.

Eventually settled on pallet mounting the tank and saddle with new ball valve, filter, pump, and boominator nozzle. Also chose to add a couple lower pins (with gussets) and top link bracket to my existing Titan SSQA pallet fork frame so I could use it on the 3pt or loader. I'm not sure why they don't already equip the frames this way. Now I can also use any 2" ball mount on the rear too.

Leak checked it last night and going to really test with some weed killer on pastures when I get home today. Feeling like a save a pretty good bundle for the capacity this one has (200gal).

I sprayed some on Friday afternoon, too windy today. Results were good, didn't seem to be as wide as I had imagined. I need to actually measure how far left and right it spread. I did test it in the driveway to verify it wasn't puddling in the center versus the ends so dispersion is good.

It may have very well been 16' beam, but with a cab tractor in front of it and the large tank, it may have been deceiving. If I get out tomorrow afternoon, I'll measure the throw.

I forgot to mention (but its in the photo above) I'm using the following cord back to the 12v outlet in the cab. Switch is right on the plug. Direct wired the other end, didn't use the female 12v outlet.
