3-Point Hitch 3 point levels tuck

John Deer 5203 three point hitch control levels stuck in position, however my pull type hydraulic remotes works well,
Any suggestions.

I'm assuming you mean that the 3 point hitch is stuck in the up position? And that it's not the control lever that is stuck..
Have you checked to make sure no one has fiddled with the lowering speed adjustment valve usually located somewhere near the seat? This is typically a turn valve, used to adjust how quickly the 3 point hitch is allowed to go down. If turned completely closed it will not let it lower.
