I have a 2006 3320 with 480 hours on it. Recently, when I put the 3 point all the way up, it bogs down the engine. It seems as if it doesn't know it's all the way up and keeps trying to lift. I called the dealer and they want to check the rockshaft and take apart the hydraulics to find the problem, but it seems as if it may be something simple. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

My 3203 does the same thing, I pulled it apart an inspected the rockshaft valve and played with the linkage adjustment and no change. The way I see it, the rockshaft valve is just directing fluid to a port and if the valve is working your 3 point goes up and down. Maybe the valve isn't closing completly in the up position. I could be wrong, wish I could have been more help. Let me know what you find out, then I can probably fix mine too. BTW a rockshaft valve for mine is $430.+ tax:(

I called John Deere who sent a technician out. He removed the seat and found the cotter pin was sheered on the control arm of the rockshaft valve, I thought that was good news. When he tried to open the valve with vice grips, he found that it was siezed! I'm not waiting to find out if they can repair the valve or if it has to be replaced.

They're supposed to return tomorrow, I'll let you know what the solution was.
