3-Point Hitch 3 point hitch

I have a new 3038E with quick coupler on it. Was running my landscaping box, lifted it up after a "drag" and it immediately fell quickly. It has a quick coupler on it ( dont think that has anything to do with anything). I got it to lift slowly and got it to my garage. Went to set it down and it will not go down now. Airbubble? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Normally, gravity is what the 3ph uses to lower. There is a knob (usually) just under the seat in the middle between your legs that controls the rate of drop... not 100% sure about your model. You can check on that...

As to why it suddenly drop? I don't know...
