Chains 3/8 inch tire chains

Has anyone use these tire chains on a 2320 or 2520? 3/8-inch cross-links seems really big to me for R4 tires. I ran 5/16-inch on my 650 for years, different tire though.

We run 3/8" dia. chains purchased from JD on the rear R4 tires of our 3320 when we blow our gravel drive.

The ride is bumpier on hard frozen ground or the concrete garage floor but not noticable on snow or unfrozen dirt which the chains press into.

Because of the bumpy ride & looseness of the chains we do not go above 5mph with them on.

I run Vably ice chains on an M-5040 bota(square mat) now that is a rough ride. I think if they are not square mat they will ride fairly smooth.

Thanks guys. Maybe I should go to 2 link instead of 4 link? Most of my plowing is on hard surface.
