270 massey ferguson draft control issues?

Hello my family owns a 270 Massey Ferguson tractor that my grandfather bought new it only has 1500 hours on it and work flawlessly except over the past couple years we've had some issues with the draft control attributing to the hydraulics falling down after a couple seconds even with no load on it and the remote lever kicks constantly when ever the loader is moved and even more so when its cold.

It seems that if i work with the pto engaged it seems to fix itself, i have also changed the fluid and it seems to fix it for about i month then the problem reacures.

I would really like to fix this or at least for the time being know what is wrong.
