Mahindra 2665 cab
I just purchased a 2018 Mahindra 2665 cab. I’ve been all over this forum and can’t find any feed back on this particular model. I don’t know if this is good or bad. I traded my 4035 in for this cause of the winter use and let’s face it a/c is nice. Just looking for some good info on this new unit.

To TBN Brian. You came to the right place to get answers.

It probably is a good thing since that tractor is so new. If there were problems with that model of tractor then they would be here letting everyone know about it.

Congrats on your new tractor.

The 2500 and 2600 series are good strong machines. There are several people regularly on this page with 2555's and 2655's. They're built by TYM, a Korean manufacturer who has been around for a long time and builds tractors for several brands.

I have a 2655 and have driven the 2665 and I enjoy the hydro much more. My 2655 has been problem free with 145 hours of hard work

I have the 2540 and like you I can not seem to find many people who own one. I only know of a couple that own the 2500 series, but I have heard nothing but good things. I have 120 hours and I can say it is a beast for its size. On another forum I stated how this series seems to be pretty stout for the tractor size. compared to the 3500 and 4500 series they are right there in PTO hp which is a plus. But anyways I know of a few owners of the 4540 and they seem happy. The only conclusion I can come up with is that most Mahindra owners seem very pleased with their tractors regardless size or model. Nice to see a new 2500 series tractor makes me feel good about my first tractor purchase! Post some pictures.

I test drove both as well, actually a 2555 and 2565 and I too prefered the hydro which is why I bought the 2655 HST Cab. I have driven hydraulic shuttle tractors and didn't like the 2565 because it wasn't a hydraulic shuttle so you had to clutch it to shuttle shift.
