I wounder if there is a higher temp thermostat available that I could install during my PRE-winter service and then swap it to the lower temp thermostat in the spring.

I did a little research on this since I'm going to be using my tractor for snow removal. It has a 155 deg thermostat in it from the factory. The tractor won't get much warmer than that unless it fails closed. Seems like a design flaw from the factory. Mahindra spent millions (billions?) of $$$$$ to develop the mCRD just to possibly overlook this one crucial part?
155 deg F seems to be way to low for a diesel, but maybe it has to run this cold to keep the emissions down. Like one other person stated EricTheOracle put a higher temp thermostat in his Kioti and it solves the heat problem and extended his regen times. I am aware Mahindra uses a DOC and not a DPF.
Like JerryK said, a generic Stant *should* work.okay where can I get a 195 degree thermostat for my 2555? My dealer is saying the only one available is the stock one in the part manual.
can someone provide a part number and source?
Did it extend his regen times, or the time between his regens? I haven't seen his videos about low or no cab heat, just his slipping out of gear ones.155 deg F seems to be way to low for a diesel, but maybe it has to run this cold to keep the emissions down.
