Has any one else broke the deck lift pins in the shaft connected to the handle. This is the second time I have had to take the tractor back to the dealer for this. The first time I think the pin just fell out. Thanks reid

I've not had a problem after Spring/Summer/Fall with the deck, and Winter/Spring with the blade.

Wow that is an odd one?!? Do you run your deck in full ground contact by chance? Just trying to reason out how this could be happening.

I haven't broke the pin but have broke the "fingers" (piece of metal that has 5 or 6 fingers to set the height of the deck off the ground when you raise the deck). I usually break these during the wintertime when I plow snow and ram into something hard. I think I have to do this again before I start mowing again this year.

Joel there are some small mounds I run over that could possible bottom out the deck but it is not a hard hit or anything like that. what are you thinling? Reid
