My son in law has his grandpa's 2460 long tractor. Hasn't seen maintenance in a long time.
I am trying to help him. One thing is it is very uncomfortable to ride. The seat pitches forward and your butt is alway trying to slide out. I can't figure out how to make it lean back.
At first the big spring in back was froze solid got that freed up, but still leans.
Top link was rusted up, took my acetylene torch and a lot of Kroil to get it freed up. Has water in transmission hydro oil. It will take a while.
