I'm having a strange problem and I wonder if this has happened to anyone else?...
My backhoe for the CK20 arrived last week in a crate so far all was going well until the moment came to actually attach the subframe to the tractor. It looked simple enough. Just hook up the hoses, level it out, back up until it reaches "home", drop in two pins and you're there.
I mean , even I should be able to do ths.
Then this problem showed itself.
The front subframe crossbar went in fine all the way. However, the rear subframe crossbar has about an 1 1/4" to go before I can put in the pins!
Nothing is bound-up, all clearances check out fine, it just seems like the rear crossbar is welded in the wrong spot.
I have also backed the tractor in and out several times just to make sure.
My brackets are mounted exactly as I've seen them mounted on those great pictures posted by Dewave.
What am I doing wrong here?
I've attached a picture of the rear bracket to illustrate the distance that the rear crossbar still has to go before I can pin it in place.
Thanks in advance for any help.
