2365 subframe too long?

What do you mean by this statement? The overall distance, meaning end to end? That's the larger measurement I gave you, unless you mean including the backhoe itself which doesn't really matter. I'm surprised your end to end is shorter than mine. Guess they just mounted the crossbar further back. Must be for a CK25/30. John

Well, the replacement arrived on Thursday of last week. I've measured all the specs and it seems fine all around. I'll be able to change it out this weekend. Also of note...it's gray and not orange, hmmm. Kioti isn't sure what happened. The part number sticker is identical to the old one. It says CK20 loud and clear on both subframes.
I think they'll want this one back to follow up on the problem. Man, It's gonna take alot of stamps! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

That's funny! The stamps that is.
The subframe for the CK20 should be gray. I've never seen an orange one, but it must be for another model.
I'm happy to hear you're going to get it worked out okay. There's little that's so frustrating as having equipment you can't use. Thanks for the update as I was beginning to think you had given up on us. John
