I have a 2006 ck20 tlb, I have aroud 300 hours on it. I love the tracktor, it is a strong machine for it's size, the backhoe is STRONG. I noticed one day when I set the backhoe bucket on the ground that the bottom pin that the main boom swings on had ALOT of play, I took the pin out and it was worn alot, I looked in the parts manuel and ordered a new pin and it showed a bushing as well so I ordered that as well. I took it apart today to install the new pin and bushing but was surprised to find there is NO bushing in there. With the new pin there is much less play, but there IS play. Have any of you folks noticed how much play is in YOUR main pins? I keep it well greased, but there is no seal to keep the grease where it is needed. I'm just curious if any of you have had to replace your pins.
Thanks, Kevin
