My Son in law is going to be using my 4710 this summer in his lawncare business. This is going to leave me without a loader for use around home. I was concidering getting a 200CX for my 2210. After reading BeauMO's post on his 2320, I am considering replacing the 2210 with a 2320. I do have some questions though.

1) The 2320 sets higher than the 2210. Is 2320 going to be less stable on sloping ground? I have a pond that I mow around & the ground slopes towards the pond.

2) Does the 2320 take a different quick hitch & front PTO than the 2210?

3) Is the loader lift capacity of the 2320 alot more than the same loader on the 2210?

4) What kind of trade in value does the 2210 with a 62" deck have? It is a 2004 & has about 150 hours on it.

I was looking at the 2210 and 2305 before I bought my 2320. Don't know the details but I would think the 2320 would have a higher center of gravity. I'm still working up the courage to take it p the hill toward the back of my place.

FEL lift on the 2320 is about 1200 pounds. Mine does not stain when the 53 inch bucket is loaded to overflowing with wet dirt. The back end does get a bit light unless I have an implement on the three point and my tractor does have loaded tires. Don't know what the max lift on the 2210 is.

My GUESS is that the I Match is a little different on the 2210 since the 2210 has a limited cat 1 three point.
Hope this helps.

The iMatch hitch is the same. The front PTO is not. COG on the 2320 is higher, but the overall weight is also more - I am not an engineer, but IMHO taking that into consideration, as well as the increased tire size, wheelbase and width, hill work should be comparable between the two tractors...

200CX on 2210 - Maximum Lift Height 73", Lift Capacity (500mm in front of pivot) @ Full Height 394#

200CX on 2320 - Maximum Lift Height 79", Lift Capacity (500mm in front of pivot) @ Full Height 628#

chevy, have you considered on trading it ion for a used 2320 with more hours on it than you have on yours? Might be a good price break.

Thanks for the replies. I was out today looking at 2320s. I found a couple new ones. Waiting on calls from the dealers for prices. I did not find any used ones. I did see a low hour 4115.

Yep, that is another way to go.

Hi Chevy-
I don't have experience with my 2320 yet on the slopes, so I can't give any feedback there yet- and mowing around slopes to the pond is a lot of what I do. Anyone? But one reason I went with the 2320 was that it actually sits about the same height as my older 670- with a similar form factor. I don't have any Center of Gravity data to know for sure, but I filled the 2320 tires and added wheel weights. The 2320 also "felt" lower and more comfortable to me than the 2520, but the weight and size difference may be negligible for slope work. I agree with BleedGreen that actual experience should be comparable based on increased weight. I wanted a heavier machine than I could get in the 2305 though. My 670 has never had filled tires or weights, has a slightly wider stance and tires and is terrific on my slopes for cutting grass, etc. The 2320 now weighs more than the 670, albeit slightly narrower stance, but with a lower CG based on that weight on tires/wheels, and when the ground firms up I'll give it a try.
Regarding the hitch- I went with a Land Pride Quick Hitch for the adjustable top link pin. The overall design seems more flexible than the JD i-match based on various implements I have, and the dealer recommended it as opposed to the i-match. Works well for what I have. I know there are other designs/companies out there as well.

Good luck in your decision!

You can also add Hub Extenders to the rears and widen the stance.

Thanks for the information. My local dealer is having a 2320 brough in from another store Thursday. They already have a 2520 & 2305 so I will be able to compare all 3 at once.
I did not explain the quick hitch enough. I was asking about the front hitch for the front blde & blower. I found out that the 2320 takes a different front hitch than the 2210.
