2305 Loader

Just about every time I take out my tractor I use my FEL. This yr it seams as though the Up/Down control gets stuck, Scoop/Dump always work fine.
If I raise the bucket then go to lower it it will get stuck, it's like it's hitting something solid, not mushy. If I just wait a few minutes without touching it it works fine again all day. I blew out the control/linkage area and sprayed with lithium grease but no help. I haven't taken the front panel below the seat off yet but just looking for opinions first.

Don't quite understand just where you may be having problems, but the thought of using lithium grease causes me some concern as to what it might do to help your problem.

When you take the handle and push it to the right the bucket empties, to the left it scoops, toward you it raises, forward it goes down.
Well at least once per day when I push the handle forward or backward to raise or lower the bucket the handle seems to jam, so when I try to up it or down the bucket it won't move. Will still work right or left to dump the bucket.

Sounds like you might have a safety lock on the handle that's engaging sometimes.

That was the first thing I checked.
I was wondering if there is anything internally in the valve that could of either come lose or broke. I haven't been able to find a blow up picture of the valve yet.

Sounds like maybe one of the spools needs to be rebuilt?
