Is 5' brushhog too much or can ths 2305 run it OK? no hills ,(so far) just wonder about weight and lift?

All bush hogs weigh different.
Will it lift the weight...probabally.
Does it have enough pto HP to use it....Probabally.
Will it be hard to steer without front weights or a loader...definatally.
Would I do it...NO. Id just get a 4' made for the tractor.

John Deere does not offer a 5 ft for 2305. I would go with
either the Frontier 4 ft or the King Kutter XB designed for SCUTs.

I run a 5ft. bush hog on my 2305 just fine. I have the loader on the front though. It works just fine but it's quite a load on the tractor to lift and run. Get a 4ft if you care about your tractor.

So then why are you running a 5 footer?
