I would say the distribution block you have came with a backhoe or loader. If you didn't have eather the block would just pass oil on to the 3pt.

Ok, looks like time for the tractor to go to the hydraulic shop :(

I wonder if you could remove the distribution block, and attAch the hydraulic lines directly to the tractor. If that works, then there is an issue in the distribution block. If you need to run a loader, or backhoe, you could use a PTO hydraulic pump, and that may actually give you more power and speed, and keep your 3pt system clean. Not sure if that would work to remove the distribution block?

Had a play with it this arv and tried everything i could think of. I filled the ram with oil then bled it out via the prv, then prv back in. I could stand on the arms and they didnt go down but no matter what i did i couldn't get them to move under their own power.
It's either the pump not providing enough pressure or a fault/incorrect adjustment of the internal prv.
Will get to the shop in a couple of days.
