2150 Orbital Valve Breaking Bolts

I have an '87 JD 2150. The orbital valve has snapped 3 of the 4 square flange mounting bolts. I assume the valve needs rebuilding and the bolts replaced, but what would cause the bolt heads to snap off? Could the valve have a blockage that would create that much pressure?

What valve on a JD 2150 are you referring to as the orbital valve? I suggest to check tractor hyd stand-by pressure which should be 2250 psi. Stroke control valve in front hyd pump is what determines 2150 hyd system pressure.
