2019 massey ferguson 1735 draft control

Happy Thanksgiving! i have a 2019 Massey 1735 (cab). Didn’t know what I didn’t know when i bought it. I was lucky and its turned out ok for most part. Want to hook a 2 bottom plow. Tractor has space for draft control lever, but no lever.

Dealer support from UVC Power Sport in Alvin, TX, Victoria Ag Equipment in Victoria, TX, and Dietz in Seguin, TX was bad, to be kind.

Anyone know who to contact regarding adding draft control? Thx.

Typically for the US market, manufactuers won't sell the sub compact and compact tractors with draft control for some reason.

I don't think it can be added after the fact because it often requires some internal linkages and some external ones too along with different top link mount so it can send feedback to the valve.

thanks. i was told by one dealer there was a kit and he’d get back. no one ever did so assuming it may be cost prohibitive? would’ve been nice to have heard back from one of them. so, i guess if i want to plow i’m sool with this tractor. be selling it soon. really appreciate your reply.

That was just my theory though. Maybe there is indeed a kit and you just need a proper dealer that can actually help you out.

Yep. i did find the part (thx, Earplug). it cost $1,318 and labor will be about the same case anyone rlse decide to farm with this tractor. thanks everyone.

The mid pto kit and 2 additional rear remotes were substantially more than that for my 1740m haha. I did all my own install work though.

you know. i think my 1735 has the mid-mount ready to go.
