At the time it seemed horrible, and was very expensive, but my "budget director" left for greener pastures 23 years ago!
Have not missed having a budget director ever since!
I have had two no contract temps, thus I do not need purchase approvals.

How about #2 option and with the Kioti tractor being a CK2610. For 10 acres CK2610 is just perfect and gives you about $3800 extra towards the min-excavator.

A few years ago I bought a used KX121 to use around my property. Popping small stumps, feeding the burn pile etc. Haven't used the BH on my tractor since. If I were you I may look for a miniX and sell it when you are done.
