It depends on what it's being used for at any given time. I usually average 4 to 5 hours when running the mulching head in normal conditions. When using a bucket or grapple usually you can add a couple of hours to that. However if you are running the machine hard straining it, lugging the engine all day (digging hard clay for instance) it will consume fuel at about the same rate as mulching. There are so many variables like running dull teeth/hammers verses older worn ones that factors into fuel consumption it's really hard to get a solid number out of it. Just my two cents worth.
