2011 John Deere 1600 series 2

hey guys,
im new here. hopefully I came to the right place to find some help.

I just bought. used 2011 1600 series 2 with 2600 hours. hours didn't really bother me as the machine didn't look beat up and id only be using it 5-6 hours a week, 6 months out of the year. I used it Monday for the first time and after 3.5 hours, she stalled(almost like a safety sensor, not running out of fuel). the first time she started right back, the second I had to play with throttle and the 3rd time she didn't even crank. the "dash" gave me 8 flashes and 7 flashes

JD road service came by and we tried the following:
-checked all safety sensors...all good
-brake pedal switch...all good
-checked voltage going everywhere...good
-removed ecm and plugged it into another wam...all good
-got it to start once again for a few minutes and died again

he mentioned something about not being able to get into "service advisor".

he narrowed it down to the following: fuel pump "rack", wiring harness or faulty ecm(he said he'd be very surprised if it was that)

does anyone have any ideas? I just got the machine and im already hating it

Disappointed your "service" man didn't do the job for you. Sounds like a fuel problem, and wonder if the "service" man checked out the fuel flow from the tank, through the filter, and on to the injection pump.

Did you buy from this dealer?

I bought it privately and obviously the seller has been ghosting me….

Suggest you track down the fuel system first, sorry to hear of the problem.
Let us know what you find with the fuel system.. there are many who can help you along the way.
