2005 LT1042 clutch problem

I had to change the drive belt on this mower, which i have done several times and always mark how the clutch was to be put back on. However, this time something has gone wrong and I do not know what. The mower will not crank as always with the PTO engaged so i dont think its gone bad. I need your expertise on this please. I am not sure i have the bracket on correctly. If i could get a picture of how it should be placed that might be my problem.
