or crank with the throttle off. Then stop adjust throttle and then start cranking again.

Never thought of that. Don't even know if it works. I just use decomp to bring up oil pressure, then stat as normal. Starts instantly anyway.

Thanks for the feed back. Mine cranks just as fast. Use your compression release to allow it to spin until oil light goes off, push it in and bang. Only takes 2 or 3 seconds. Mine has over 3300 hours.

Yes, that is how I start my YM2610 too.
