My dumptruck insurance on this truck is less than the insurance on my pickup. Same deductables. 33,000 GVWR. 58,000GCWR, airbrakes, diesel engine, 12' dumpbox.

Thank you for your reply I might go back and have a small talk with my insurance agent. The quote I got from them on an older 450 with a dump bed for just liability and listing it as a farm vehicle was more than I pay for my 2006 4 wheel drive chevrolet lt3 with a duramax engine. I carry full coverage on the pickup. The liability coverage would have been the same.

You need a new agent. Sounds like he doesn't know how to write a policy for anything bigger than a passenger vehicle or pick-up.
