I'm trying to replace the king pin seals and I'm having a little trouble
getting it out.

I remove the nut and washer from the top and removed the gear/bearing from under side. Only thing left is the shaft with the needle bearings.
Any tricks to getting it loose?

This may double post, but the first attempt didn't show up........trying second time.

Jerry,

I was about to suggest that the only item that could be hanging up the king pin would be the wood-ruff key. Once that is removed it's often necessary to de-burr, file, or clean up with emery cloth, the key way on the king pin.

I've had them slide right out after a little touch up...of course in the real world it takes a little persuasion from a big dead-blow or lead hammer.

Good luck,

Mark
