1996 John Deere 325 homebuilt attachments

I'd like to take and purchase the lift frame for a 42" rear tire tiller and make attachments for it especially a black plastic mulch layer and other stuff later like disc, cultivator etc any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I don't think it's not something I can't do I grew up on a farm helping farm 180 acres with dad and am very good at mig/tig welding with past experience in manufacturing just need some ideas - I see the 3 point ones being made for 4ft rolls of plastic I think the 36 or 24 inch plastic mulch is what I need for single rows
