They bought a new Genie 105 for the power plant back when I think it was the first year Genie made those. 105' in the air seemed like it was constantly moving. When driving it around lowered it could catapult you out of the basket if you hit a bump at speed.

I had a towable.
It did the job

Sold it for what I paid and moved over to an older jlg. It is great for around the house/woods

Squirrels/tree rats are rodents, so must chew or their front teeth grow so long they will starve.
They are very destructive if allowed to remain in the attic/soffit, etc.
The only way to keep them out is cover the area with aluminum trim.
They can/will chew an electric wire, short it out and kill themselves, then start a fire.
Your choice them or your house.

I had squirrels in the attic at one time. I opened the attic hatch in the closet and placed a board with one end in the attic and the other end on the bed, then placed the cat in the attic. He loved going up there, and the squirrels left. Did this for about a week.

That's the way to do it!
Snakes also work. When I was in the Army I worked at the Engineer Topographic Lab, Ft. Belvoir. For several years I was the main "support" system for a senior researcher and trainer.
They stuck the two of us, and a secretary in an old 40x40 1 level concrete bldg with suspended ceilings. It had a mouse problem. Every summer we would hear snakes slithering across the ceiling chasing mice. The secretary complained.
They never got over 6' long. Kept the mice down.
