She is all prettied up for sure. Much nicer looking then my 574 which is an English skid mounted tractor with the English 4 post canopy. Mine has the 18.4-30 rubber on it from a previous owner.

674 is 62 PTO HP. They were built in Doncaster England or final assembled in Louisville KY from UK skid unit. 1973 first year.
No doubt some were still being sold new in 1978 or later. The 684 came out in 1978 (replaced the 674)
There is a serial number list on tractor data, but it doesn't state if it's US or UK.

Since you are in Canada, it's likely a UK build, the headlights will be in the grill.

I got 6inch of clearance with Good year tires with same thread pattern( got a big SIMS cab) but different brands of tires very a little, Dealer Did not call me yet but tires were in stock
