Placing New tires next week, Mine are like new but cracked, When tractor was new they placed wider rims so a 80hp 18.4 tire would fit without hitting fenders, got 6inch of clearance , on a 16.9 rim the tire would be to tall

Get some pics when you can. I wanted to bid on a 504 IH and a 284 at the Mecum auction today and tomorrow but I didn't have enough time to prepare to drive the ten hours down there if I won a bid. My trailer is still buried in snow and there's still salt all over the highways here.

I don't know why they have these auctions in the spring and fall when the weather and craps are crap here. I don't want my stuff getting a salt bath. I'd rather buy something in the summer.

I used to haul new travel trailers to Steve's Mountain in NB years ago. That's some beautiful country out there.
