My vintage 180D has 4 lights on the dash. The top 2 are green and for the turn signals. The bottom 2 are red warning lights, probably oil pressure and non-charging. Trouble is, they are not marked and my lower light is on. I can not find my owners manual. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

A picture may help.

My old Mitsubishi D2350 also had a warning light for over temperature.

Thanks for the replies. I diagnosed the problem by starting the engine and pulling the wire off the oil pressure sender. The light went out. So the problem is either the sender or oil pump. Senders are about $15 and easy to replace. The pump $250. I guess that I will start with the sender.

By the way, I did find my manual. The dash pictured did not resemble the dash on my tractor and although it had lights it did not indicate which light was for oil pressure.

There was only one dash used on the MT180. You might want to do some research to confirm what model it is. I just sold a haed gasket set to someone & he said it was too big. Further research determined it was an imported shibaura & not a Ford tractor. In my 27 years of dealing with Japanese tractor parts, I have come across mislabeling many times.

And it is not getting any better either. The VN recons are so badly mislabeled its not easy to know what a person really has. Makes part searching very difficult for everyone.

Post some images of your dash and the tractor. We can help you sort things out. (y)
