1320 won't start

1320 won\'t start

Turn the key and nothing, no lights no sound, nothing.

The battery is fully charged. I thought it was the ignition switch, installed a new switch but still nothing when you turn the key.

Theres a 20 amp fuse near the battery and that was ok.

what should I try next?

Rocko, Clean ALL connections from the battery posts to ground on the engine, starter, coil....and so on. Check all fuses with a test light. They may look fine, but it does not mean it is good. And dont for get the seat switch (if it has one.) Let me know if this works.

I agree with Bob... probably just a connection problem. Check/clean all the ground and hot cables. If that doesn't do it take a test light or multimeter and see if you are getting a signal from the ignition switch when you turn it to the crank postion.

I been too busy or when I've had some spare time it's been too cold to work on it.

Thanks for the advice, I will post the resluts when I get time to work on the 1320 again.
