Cub cadet Mitsubishi 7193 - will not start- it was running parked to install mower deck and the key will not crank the starter.

I need some help. I have a cub 7193.545-422D100 model. It was running fine, I parked it in the barn and I went to restart after installing the belly mower. Turned the key all the lights came on, turned the key to start and nothing. Allowed the key to go back to on position and not even the lights were on.
New battery, cleaned terminals, shorted the PTO safety switches and the range select neutral safety switch nothing.
Tried to find a seat safety switch and could not; removed the seat and the panel the seat sets on to find no switch.
I jumped across the starter and it works well.

Any suggestions?
Do you have an electrical schematic and or picture of the harness?
I looked in parts diagrams and the harnesses pictured do not seem to match mine.

It does indeed sound like a safety switch - or possibly the start switch located in the ignition switch.

Do you know where I could get a wiring schematic?
Is there a seat safety on these?
