Hi every one,

Any body can inform me how we can convert (8forward 2 reverse gears) in to (12 forward 12 reverse gears)

Maybe a different transmission. Even if that was possible, other parts of the tractor would probably require extensive modification for the new transmission to fit.

More probably, a different tractor, that already has that transmission gear option..

I agree with the others...buy a tractor with a 12-12 reverser transmission.
