Price Check 1140 pricing help

I have a little CIH 1140 tractor that I want to sell, but I don't know much about it or what it's worth.

Some info:

263 hrs,
always stored in unheated barn, but does have surface rust
manual transmission
turf tires
2wd
mid pto (2000rpm)
one rear remote

My BIL bought this tractor new in the early 90's and used it for light bush hogging and snow removal with a rear blade, when we built our house 5 yrs ago I used it to put in the yard and it has seen little use since then (about 15hrs)

Any input would be appreciated!

There is an 1140 very similar to yours advertised on TractorHouse.com for $10,450. It has 733 hours, a belly mount mower and is at a dealer in MO. A tractor from a dealer will bring more money than a private sale, all things being equal.

I'd guess that the 2wd and manual transmission will hurt the value of your tractor a bit, but the fact that it has less than 300 hours is a big plus.
