1070 starting trouble

1070 has had starter, relays, battery replaced. new relays click, lights work, current is moving through the wires to and back from the starter. But no crank, small "clank" at starter.

1070 has had starter, relays, battery replaced. new relays click, lights work, current is moving through the wires to and back from the starter. But no crank, small "clank" at starter.

Try jiggling the gear shift lever, might be the neutral safety switch. Other than that it sounds like you might have a bad starter.

Corrosion inside the positive cable, after the crimped end, was the final piece. Strating system is rejuvenated, and the tractor is running well.
