Hey folks,
It feels like just a week or 2 ago I wrote saying I finished the 50 hour maint.
Well, today I topped 89 hours, and I wanted to be ready for the 100 hour maint.

After looking at the book, I noticed the only thing I have never done before-
cleaning a diesel fuel filter. now from other reading, most said it was easier and cheaper to just replace the filter and clean the bowl.

For the cost of this, it seems like a no brainer. Am I just missing something here?
or is it that simple?

comments, questions, and going out on a limb here-- smart remarks?

Man I feel like one of my ole NCOICs from the Corps...

Thanks folks,

Jim

It is easier, but it's not cheaper. It only takes a couple of minutes to clean the filter in a little diesel and save yourself $10 for the cost of a new filter.
