My 6610 had bad looking hoses so I replaced them with new hoses and was amazed at how much faster the loader was .

I don’t own Bad Boy but my experience is similar, tractor cabs have a lot of window space so bright sunshine definitely cuts down the cooling effects of air conditioning.

Doesn’t seem to loud in the video. My Echo is the 400, i would say it’s pretty quiet but it also doesn’t have much power, a 350 Husqvarna will make it look silly. My main saw is Husqvarna 562, it’s way louder than I prefer so I usually wear helmet with eye protection and ear muffs.

After learning my lesson the hard way I have saved major $$$ by buying replacement hoses from Fleet Farm stores, they have a very nice selection of brand new ready to go hoses on the shelf. Not sure but I think they also do online sales.

Driving around the country Bad Boy equipment does seem to be pretty popular and I always liked the stuff when just looking at it, never operated any Bad Boy equipment but after reading this thread I would be very careful about buy anything from Bad Boy.

For running your Bush Hog for 100 hours per year and being 72 years old you will never wear out a good HST. My newest tractor is HST and I love it. I’m sure some of the other choices are also very nice and you probably wouldn’t be able to wear those out either.

I believe NGK plugs come from the factory with a very thin coat of never seize pre applied.

I am very surprised there were no replies to your question. I have never operated a tractor with that type of shifting mechanism, I believe they may have quit building them because of problems similar to yours.

Most but not all tires have a pressure embossed on the sidewall but I believe the number actually indicates the maximum safe air pressure for seating the beads, not what they should be inflated to for normal everyday use.

Sure is strange that LS didn’t put some kind of recommendations for tire air pressure in the owners manual. No pressure indicated on my rear tires, the front tires say maximum 40psi but that must be for when mounting the tires to get the bead properly seated. My tractor has near 500 hours on it...

Unfortunately I suspect it wasn’t until the later years of the 806 that they started offering them with the 3 point hookup option . Does your 806 have the proper mounts for a 3 point hitch ?

With 4,000+ acres You will definitely need more equipment than just a big dozer ! Probably better off putting the work out on bids first to see what kind of bids you actually get and what kind of equipment they intend to use.

My 2019 XR4155 arms seem to be built considerably different than yours, only 500 hours but i haven’t experienced any trouble yet. If they have been upgraded maybe LS would be willing to replace yours under warranty. Could you post a picture of the one that hasn’t been broken or have both sides...

I believe that electric raise-lower-tilt for cleaning is a $500+ option, one of my brother in laws bought one after using his Grasshopper for a couple years with the manual deck.

Fortunately so far my XR4155 hasn’t had this problem but it currently only has about 470 hours on it, usually regenerates between 30-50 hours.

Around here 20” bars seem to be what most folks prefer. I use 18” mostly because that’s what my old saw had, I do sometimes wish I had chosen a 20” bar for the new saw just because of the extra reach, a little less bending over.

I recommend taking them to a good experienced welder to get the job done right the first time, you definitely don’t want to experience one getting broke loose that could be very expensive.

Wonder how loud it will be ? My 562 seem annoying loud with the stock exhaust, since getting my 562 i usually wear ear protection.

Have used the decompression valve on my Husqvarna 562 only a couple times , to me it seemed like a pretty much useless feature, not noticeably easier for me to start with or without using the decompression valve. Probably makes a more noticeable difference on bigger saws.

Without the stabilizers properly adjusted the lower arms could possibly rub on a tire on my XR4155 . Since you currently don’t have any stabilizers installed yes I believe that could pretty quickly become a very big and expensive problem .

A little “slip and sway” is pretty normal, it will be interesting to hear what you say if you ever do manage to get all “slip and sway” removed.

Some pictures might be helpful for someone to figure out what the problem is. Since you are a new member I’m also wondering how much previous experience you have with operating 3 point hookup PTO equipment ?

Never broke a ratchet of any brand but I have never attempted to use a 6 foot cheater bar on a ratchet, seems like doing something like that is simply asking for trouble.

Longer or shorter both have possible not good consequence’s if the PTO shaft on your equipment is a little to long or short it could lead to expensive damage.

Actually, i don't even know if my LS has a seatbelt. None of my other tractors have seatbelts or roll guards. i grew up on a farm so do have quite a bit of experience operating tractors and luckily so far have never come close to tipping one over, but that sure doesn't mean it couldn't happen.

Looks like Amazon sells the same two sided aluminum hammer as Walmart for about the same price $9 The stainless steel two sided hammer on Amazon costs three times as much $29 If I do buy one it will probably be the $9 one from my local Walmart

My LS doesn’t have a 4wd light and I wish it did. But it really isn’t very difficult to look down at the floor and see what position the lever is in so I haven’t attempted to do anything about it.

Cleanup the plastic bottle and put some water in it so you can tell if it’s actually leaking from the bottle or somewhere else. Sounds like maybe you should have someone with more experience take a look at it

Bought 3 edge tamers for my 72 inch LS front loader bucket about 3 years ago , don’t use them a lot but when I do use them they work great, I highly recommend them. The one bolt mounting system is great, very quick and easy to mount or remove with a 3/4 inch ratchet !

My dealer welded three hooks on my 72 inch LS bucket before he delivered the new tractor, I haven’t used them a lot but they have been very handy when needed. I provided the hooks and he charged $10 to weld them on, beautiful welds. I have also heard plenty of good things about bolt on hooks.
