Since you have the equipment, look into a masticating head for your skid steer or mini ex.

Hire a masticator to selectively clean up. They can get the stumps and brush you don't want and leave the trees etc that you do want.

Don't misunderstand me. I'm not advocating water in the DEF tank! I'm just reporting what I have been told by people I know who have done it successfully. Mostly other owner/opperators.

I goofed (f'ed up) once and put about 1 cup of DEF in my diesel tank. Cost me $1600 + a tank of fuel and I didn't even start the engine. Dealer told me they have had trucks run it that way. Cost upwards of $18,000 to repair! Insurance only paid about 1/2 the time. OUCH!!!

Deionized water in the fuel tank will destroy an engine immediately. The DEF system however, never see's the engine. It only goes into the exhaust burner so, the water would not be a problem for the engine.

The dual wheels need to be "clocked" so one wheel valve stem is at 12 and the other needs to be at 6 ( opposite of each other) so you can get to the air valves to inflate or deflate the tires.

I've had mine for 4 years. Pulls tree's up to 6" easy and 8" with a little extra work. I pull ceanothus bushes about 3" around and 30 feet tall with ease. I use the " jaws of death" on the 3 point and a grapple on the the fel. Makes for quick easy work! .

I like the way JB weld bonds to aluminum. Just a personal choice. Regular steel would work.

On the seam, get a short piece of aluminum angle and quick set JB weld. Slather it on copiously, place the angle over it and smear some more JB and let it set. Permanent repair.

When running it at 19 pto hp, it was only good for small soft sticks. My point was that it would work, just not very well. The machine says 30 pto hp is required to make full use of it so 29 pto hp would be just fine.

I've run my wm8h on as little as 19 pto hp. It just reduces the size of material it will handle. I am now running it behind my M6060 with 56 pto hp. It will eat a 8" soft wood and 6" hard wood with ease! 29 hp will be good.

I always use vacuum caps. They work great and are cheap and easy to replace.

One of your requirements is no dpf. If your looking at buying new, I'm afraid your out of luck. All tractors over 25 hp are dpf required.
