Looks like it has been stored indoors it's entire life. FEL hydraulic lines look original, as do tires. Not much wear on them, so why the high hours? 200hrs/year is agricultural or industry. Has it been used as a stationary engine for the PTO, or moving trailers around a yard? There is so much...

The TYM can handle the blower. I run an Agrotrend 48" with 19HP at the PTO without issue. Being a SCUT, the thing to look for are the size of the 3 point hitch pins, and the length of the PTO shaft when the blower is raised. Mine had to be cut down as it would bottom out when fully raised...

    oil decision

This Nano-Borate is interesting but not really relevant to a 3 quart engine oil change in a GC. In a 6.0 Powerstorke with 15 quarts of oil, and an issue with injector stiction, it may make sense, but here, not so much.

Yes there were part changes during the GC2300 fuel line assembly. Mostly going from wire clamps to hose clips for the fuel lines. Hose material may have changed, nothing drastic, probably just changing supplier or lowering costs. Fuel line is a bulk item, cut to desired length.

An issue with the owners manual is that it is basically the same manual that was copy and pasted together in 2002. 0W engine oils were considered arctic service, 5W oils were pretty well nonexistent.
