Can a Zero Turn mow high weeds in a bumpy pasture?

I love my z turn, but I have better pieces of equipment to cut anything over 12 inches high. At that stage of growth, you are cutting hay, not turf. I think your best bet is investing in a better suspension system for your tractor, and possibly a finish mower with a wider cut.

"Best" wall, floor paint horse tack room?

I have a chemical/tool storage shed that is about the same size as your tack room. Floors were ultra cheap stick on tiles, to help with sweeping out every now...

    Planting grass on fill area

Don’t have that red dirt here, but had a 50x80 low spot that was difficult to mow. Filled with a lot of concrete chunks, then topped with some really ugly yellow clay. then seeded heavily, and threw some straw over the top. Fertilized after the grass got about an inch high. Looks great.

    New mower arrived. Yeehaaah

First time I tried operating my Exmark at home, I tore off 6 feet of gutter on the low end of my barn. Second time, I hit the concrete pad under the heat pump, and moved it about 4 inches out of position. I’m better now.

Battery life expectancy - Manufactured 2014 LS G3038?

I got 8 years on my original LS battery, and was pretty happy. Hardly ever get more than 4 years on the John Deere, usually less, I quit buying expensive batteries for this one, just get Walmart batteries, they seem to do as well as any other.

Are we in the USA really this far behind?

They look like they would be fun to play with for a summer, but I don’t think I would spend serious money for one, given the chore list my tractors need to do every day. No FEL is a deal killer, and any acrobatics needed to get in the seat, that’s a deal killer too.

Putting a single twist in each strap will prevent air flow over the strap from loosening the strap. also shifting loads must be expected, so stop and retighten the straps after 10 minutes or so.
