    Storage on a Farmtrac DTC?

I seem to be missing the glove box or tool storage area. Has anyone found one laying on the side of the road in NC? The tractor is brand new so the dealer may take care of it. :)

FT 360 DTC (tlb) MMM? Can I use one?

My little lawn tractor has seen better days and I'm tempted to get a mower for my FT 360DTC. It has the BH frame mount. Does FT or anyone else make a MMM that might fit? If not, then I'll be getting the finish mower, but its worth a shot.

    Insulated siding? Anyone installed it?

Looking at siding for my hunting/get away cabin. I'm thinking about using the insulated siding. Its pretty new on the market, but all comments about it seem to be really positive. Has anyone used/installed this stuff?

Backhoe  Farmtrac backhoe attachment feels underpowered. Advice?

New Farmtrac 360TLB. My first backhoe (4008). BH has less than 10 hrs on it. I've figured out the "technique" of curling and lifting at the same time. It just feels to me (and others) that the hoe goes into fluid bypass way too easily. Alot of times even taking a full scoop of packed dirt will...

    360TLB will be delivered tonight....yup, I'm excited.

Dealer will deliver my new 360TLB this evening. I'm pretty excited. Never had a backhoe before so I'll be sure to dig lots of holes first. I've already marked where my new ditches will be. Will post pics and comments soon. I was telling my buddy about it and his son asked "How fast will it go?"...

Montana tree shear- Anyone use one?

Montana website has a tree shear that fits on the front end loader. Looks mean as heck, but how does one ensure the tree doesn't fall the wrong way? Will the hydro powered shears really snip a tree off clean?

    Farmtrac 360DTC rear tire width- 43.5 - 53.4 7 positions

I'm concerned with overall width/stance for the sake of stability on slopes. I've ordered a new 360TLB with the largest industrial tires and will load them. The farmtrac website states the rear width is adjustable from 43.5 - 53.4 with 7 positions. Can anyone confirm that I can get that width...

Dealer  Farmtrac warrenty- for more details contact your local dealer...?

Farmtrac.com website says three year warrenty. Please contact your local dealer for detailed information. Why would they not publish the detailed warrenty info? Sounds kinda fishy. So to the Farmtrac dealers and owners, what does the warrenty cover? Drivetrain/engine etc?

Problem with my apple trees- pic.

Can anyone ID what is causing my apple trees to defoliate? The leaves get these orange spots then turn brown and die. This is the second year of this same affliction. My poor little trees are really taking a beating.

    L4400 or Mahindra 4530 (both geared w/loader)

Going to pull the trigger soon on either a L4400 or a 4530 Mahindra. Will be used for woods work, dirt work, bushhog, box blade and possibly a frame mounted hoe. I plan to use this machine alot for the first few years, then taper off. I just sold my JD750 (miss it already!). I'm in NC. The Bota...

Wheel spacers for my JD 750

Need some wheel spacers for my narrow arse JD750 CUT. I have the R1 tires with the tall/narrow rims. Local JD dealer tells me that Deere doesn't offer such a part. Anyone got a source or a drawing I can bring to the machine shop? Searched the forum here but found zip. I need a wider stance for...

    Rifle rack for tractor

Looking for idea's on a way to mount a scoped rifle (.22 WMR, 30-30, .223 etc) to my tractor. Needs to be in a location I can get to it fast, but still out of the way. I've got a nasty pack of wild dogs running around that really need to be put down. They are alot like yotes, in that they are...

Mahindra 11GPM, is this right? JD shows 17GPM

Is the 11GPM pump spec right for the 5500? The Kubota and JD shows 17.1. If I intend to use the remotes, is this enough of a difference that I might notice it? I've heard that the Mahindra has a seperate pump for the steering and that is subtracted from the total GPM, is this correct? I'm...

David Brown PTO output shaft broke! Sheesh...

While running the bush hog, the PTO output shaft (coming out of the rear diff) broke in half! It didn't strip the splines off, the thing actually broke in half. Shear pin in the bushhog didn't break....Tractor is a 1975 50HP and is a true Hoss. I've got to get this fixed....all my implements are...

    750

Owned this 750 for about a year. Bought it to work at some land I'm developing for a "bug out cabin" in case things go south. Added a BH loader and replaced the waterpump. So far it does everything I ask. This is my first tractor...most folks said I need a larger model, but I disagree. I just...
