Has anyone tried an older style sickle mower on a gc1725? I have a IH 1300 sickle with 7’ bar. Didn’t know if it would be too big, off balance, or just wouldn’t hook up. Thanks in advance!

I’m installing a 3rd function kit on a John Deere 3038e to operate a small grapple. Is there enough hydraulic flow on this tractor to operate a small skid steer style brush cutter? Thanks in advance.

I got the sequence correct and the the levers correct and it does seem better. I guess I’m just used to the older tractors with lower rpm’s and the just don’t start up as hard. Thanks to all of you that helped me on this. Very much appreciated!

It stays at 1300 rpm which really slams the PTO when it starts.

Just bought a new GC1725. Love the tractor but the high idle speed is really rough on PTO engagement. Needing to install 3 point seeder and afraid it will break gearbox. Can the idle be turned down some or any ideas how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance.

It’s not a B275. It’s a 275 compact tractor. Made in 1990. 30hp

Hi all. Need some help with my 275. Turn key to heat, wait 10 seconds and doesn’t do anything. Can turn key on and jumper from solenoid to starter and starts right up. Have installed new ignition switch, new battery,new cables, jumpered safeties, new starter/solenoid. Any thoughts? Thanks!
