I'm unsure if a backhoe attachment for a 2002 New Holland TC 21 exists because I've never seen one. I'm currently using a rented excavator, which is quite large and heavy, and it's superior to a backhoe. I've seen attachments that slide over the back of a tractor, but I doubt they'd fit yours...

Hi, The solution is that you have to maintain the bucket level.

I was in the same situation last month. Last year, I replaced the door cylinder and tried several methods with no success. So I sold it and bought a used excavator for work. Now I'm using the newly purchased excavator, and it's working well.
