Very nice looking vice! I only have 3 Records, all of them got to be 30 plus years old. I have a 5", 6" & 8". I don't use the 5" right now, but if needed, I could always mount it on a table top.

It was more that the driveshaft was failing, however, I upgraded the pump with approx 30% more Gpm's and built a driveshaft using Spicer 1000 series yokes & joints. works great!

I saw a video recently on Facebook where someone was pulling a tire through a culvert. I assume to clean it. I would be curious if that could scrap out some debris. I would want to tie a trailing rope to the tire in case it needed to be pulled back out the way it went in? Woops, just realized...

Is your FEL a Blackhawk? My valve started to be troublesome a few months ago. It is a 2 spool with float detent. I believe it is a Cessna Valve. I attribute it not working because of wear, but perhaps one should take it apart and see if O/rings are in there?
