The #7 bolts the one in the middle is sure enough bent! Grind it. ? Why it's recommended to replace them.

I'm showing Fredricks YM1500,2500,2610. HBN-4300 Nut, Head bolt and HBW-3338 Washer only those 3 models also. You can see how unusual they are.

Looks like a lot more copper than spray in that damaged head and Block. Rolled it on. It's oozing out and that's a legit opinion from the looks in the pics.. Myself Clean block and head. I've seen Several repairs that don't work or last long when you see it used. No need for it if the surfaces...

I'm with Travis_R. I've been there! Wow! You know what they say when the _hit hits the fan. Good grief!! I know better!! There was a underlying problem is my guess. Employee etc.....JMO.

I use to work at a Machine shop. We rebuilt Engines. My job as a teen was tear down. I was responsible to disassemble and check if the motor or any parts was usable. I was 18-19 then. The Eng block. How didn't they see the damage?

Who added the copper rig job! I see no reason for it unless the Eng. block is warped. They missed it? Fredricks put the copper patch and then put it together? This is so highly unusual I don't think of any of the Refurbished has had this many problems. Somethings just not adding up. I'm waiting...

Looking at the New block pic. you would think that copper would be visible. The copper is a terrible Rig!. IMO. a Ghetto rig pretty much. Call it what you want. If that is the new block I can't see the copper. Really strange and I'm looking hard for it and don't see it?.

Your guy apparently can see the possible damage. Is it a VN. import and the poor repair was missed. That very well could be true.? I agree with the pitting I'm doubtful the block is cracked beyond repair. Will see and watching for the outcome. My guess your going to be in much better shape than...

There's potential problems and you can see it in the Pic.s if you know what to look for. The Eng. Head not all that big of a deal to replace. The possible Eng. block damage is going to be the big issue. Crack, Rust Etc.. Parts are not going to be that bad of a problem either. It's just what's...

It's going to be interesting after the shop pulls the head. I believe to see a big problem with the Eng. Block. It's there could Head also. They know it!!

Stick around 2500$ no FEL. being 4WD. everything in working order. 3G. is Reasonable! Rule of Thumb. Always ask a high price!! You can always come down but it's hard to go up. In Ga.. ;)
