    Good morning!!!!

Wet! We got just over 5 inches (and the majority of the bad stuff STOPPED around 14:30 so ~5 inches in ~7 hours). It's a light rain now, but the weatherman says more on the way. In the city we had sewers, here there is no where for it to go. I have a small river running through the crawl space...

    Good morning!!!!

I don't have a gauge, officially anyway, as I just use the pool and it gives me the amounts I need to know ("barely" to "yay I don't have to fill the pool" to "dang that's a lot" to "crap now I gotta drain the pool" to "overflowing, isn't this Texas? [current stage]" to "My arc is floating...

    Good morning!!!!

60°F and rain in North Texas. Lots of it. Lots and lots of it. We're expecting 12" + in the next 24 - 48 hours. Ouch. I have severe flooding already! Guess I know what I'll be doing after it stops.... Drainage work. Wish I was better at this. Been battling bad designed homesite for over a year...

Help with spreading rear tires CK30

Have a 2014 CK30 with ind. tires on it and have been in looking to stabilizing the tractor. Manual gives a procedure to adjust tires and spread them out but a call to dealer leads me to believe this isn't possible. Only way to find out is to remove tires which isn't easy to do by myself...

    Help with adding weight.

I couldn't find anything in owner's manual specific to filling tires, other than don't fill front tires and it should only be done to fit the job and removed (temporary) which I won't want to do. It does mention wheel weights max at 220 lbs each tire. Does that mean I would only fill tires to...

    Help with adding weight.

I searched. Quite a bit, actually, and couldn't find a thread specific to what I'm asking, only responses in other topics. I'm less than a year and under 100 hours on my Kioti. It feels a little "tippy" to me at times and I'm usually pretty good at sensing when balance is a little too far off...

    Good morning!!!!

Coconut oil is great, albeit expensive. But you certainly can't use it for a substitute for butter or bacon fat. Does she like coffee or tea? Believe it or not it makes a great sweetener for either, a little goes along way. I make "bullet proof coffee" with it. It involves coffee (good coffee)...

    Hello from NW DFW

I just realized there was a member intro spot, apologies. Been lurking over the past year quite a bit when I started researching CUTs. I ended up with a Kioti CK30 shuttle with a FEL and a 5' Howse BB in July of last year. Just bought a used RC and a new landscape rake this week. Tractor only...

    Rotary Cutter Used Questions

I didn't take pictures under it... Didn't think of pics until it was already loaded. It does have a stump bump. I'm almost 100% sure it's that which got bent. I swung by place I got tractor to get some parts to replace it and instead ended up dropping it off there for repairs after seeing one...

    Rotary Cutter Used Questions

So I went out and looked at it. It's an old unit, probably mid 90's. It's a Mohawk B5. The deck is in great shape, no rusted weak points, nothing. Some surface rust where paint had come off over the years. The plate where gear box is mounted is rock solid. I stood on it and I'm 350 lbs. and it...

    Rotary Cutter Used Questions

ETA, just realized I probably put this on wrong section. If mods are active, please excuse my ignorance and move, I'm using Tapatalk and navigation isn't always easy. Hi all. Long time lurker, first time poster. I have a Kioti CK30 tier 3 (2014) shuttle that I absolutely love. Other than FEL...
