Tractor
Kioti CK2620H, Kubota B7100, B6200 - JD 510C loader/backhoe
I have about 5 hours on my new Kioti. It does this thing that when it starts to struggle under load, I try to back off the pedal, but it feels like the petal continues to depress and the tractor ends up stalling. Does that sound right?

Thanks,
Joe

Nope doesn't sound right.
Are you using the linked pedal?
What are the rpm's indicated on the tach when it starts to struggle?
If under 2000 rpm advance the hand throttle.
The linked pedal is a hindrance at times on those small tractors.

My CX2510 uses the same engine but in a lighter frame. If I’m in H-range and try to accelerate fast and/or uphill it will struggle to build momentum… especially if I stomp the go pedal down. The pedal resistance also seems to fade.

If I incrementally depress the go pedal it’s a much happier tractor.

Once it has some momentum it’s a little beast.

It took me a dozen hours to figure him out, but now were synched up and operation is fast, smooth, and predictable.

Update, I contacted the dealer, they didn't seem to think it was an issue, so probably just operator error. I'm not used to the HST with the loader. My old Kubota was manual and had a foot throttle petal. I'm going to order the Petal Link Kit. I'm thinking that and some practice and this won't be an issue anymore.

In the first post you said it bogs and stalls even if you lift your foot, is that lifting right off?

I think what happens is as it first starts to load, I instinctively start push the petal a bit harder (as I would have on the throttle petal of my old manual tractor). But as I realize what I've done, I try to ease up, but the petal seems to stay down (in fact, I'd swear the petal pulls down more).

I can't test it out further right now as I have it apart working on the 3rd function install.

What rpm are you running at?

That is common with these transmission's mine very seldom gears it's self back down when I let off on the pedal. Before it stalls i just tap the back pedal lightly and it comes back up then I hold it there with my foot.
