The snow at camp Covington. There is more here than in town.
Less steering, hmm... that sounds like a struggle on single track mtb trails where tight turns are the norm.Here is our buddy using another version of the snowdog near here (His is Russian made) Problem is when you get much snow, its like steering a log, like to run at a angle (tipping over) and wear the operator our asap. They seem to be better in lower snow area's and where there is less steering to do.![]()
You have to groom lots less snow than 12-18"(which ever comes first) in order to stay ahead of that..Less steering, hmm... that sounds like a struggle on single track mtb trails where tight turns are the norm.
If you groom the initial 2-3 feet of the season and then every 7-10 days or 12-18"(which ever comes first) is the trail compacted enough after one pass to ride a fat bike on?
