My wife saw the upper frame and said Wow! We can put a plywood top on it and make a nice display table for my Halloween decorations in the living room!

Got home today and my new wheel lug nut gauge came in. I buy used tires on rims for ATVs, my winter beaters, trailers etc. Now I can do it with confidence it will fit the lug nut pattern. Especially for only 8 bucks off Amazon it's worth it imo.

All this concrete talk made me wonder what its going to cost to pour 4 yds for my son.
Called the plant and they have a 4 yd minimum without extra fees. So 4 yd delivered is $770. Thats 4000 mix at $161 a yd plus fuel charge.
I'm waiting on a quote to do the concrete for my shop, will be around 90yds 4kpsi, 12x12 #4 rebar not looking forward to that cost!

It's a good driver, not prefect by any means. It was my friends dads, he hasn't been able to drive it for years and he asked me to buy it.

It has sat a lot the past few years so needs a good going over. Just drive it home last night. I have a few things I want to do to make it a little more mine now.

Here's a picture from last year when I took it out to a cruise in.

Engine has a 454 crank so ends makes it a 482.View attachment 4273563View attachment 4273564View attachment 4273565

Just picked up my new Baumalight TX12 PTO generator today! It comes with all the parts to make it a trailer, but I also ordered the 3 point hitch dock.

Then I got the filters and one pail of Premium UDT to service my RTV-X1100C.
Kubota is as bad as Deere now. $600 just for that now.

But at least I got another hat for the 6 grand I dropped today, LOL

Weaver suspenders for my climbing saddle. Saddle, climbing gear and Echo 271 is over 20lbs hanging around my waist so the suspenders really help.

Ouch! That is in Canadian pesos though right? I just bought 5gal of SUDt2 here for $130. That would have been about $250-300 usd for all that I belive.

That is an awesome hat, haven't seen that one before.

Yes, Canadian money. Getting crazy though when those little filters are the same prices as what I pay for Caterpillar filters, LOL

Now I just gotta decide what good brand of gear oil to get to service the K-Connect gear boxes on the RTV.

I'd have lots of work for you if you were in my area, LOL
I would/could NEVER be a climbing arborist or tree man for a living. Tree work is brutal and dangerous, even from the ground, but climbing to do it takes it a step beyond. For me, it's recreational and personal tree work only. I have nothing but respect for anyone that does tree work for a living.

Mechmaxx 1130V Lathe and Stand. Wouldn't buy something like that for the shop here, but I think for the farm shop it should do what we need. Decided on the Mechmaxx for price and the 1 1/2" spindle bore. Should do what we need at the farm for the occasional pins and rods work to keep stuff running. We'll see what we get, should be delivered next week.

Any dangerous tree work I hire a guy who lives a few miles away who has lots of equipment. The chipper will handle large trees and he has a bucket crane like this. It's not worth me saving $400-$500 plus I get a large pile of wood chips.
